Sometimes my data does not import correctly?
There are a number of things that can cause this problem. Generally
the race data has been changed by the track. The program will
allow the user to correct most of these problems by changing the
template file. Sometimes you can use The Notepad text editor in windows
to change the race form data slightly. For example if the race distance
for race 4 was moved over one character too many, a user would just
change the race data in the test file not the template. You only change
the template file if the data is imported incorrectly for all races all
the time. Email us and let us know the problem and we can make the
corrections and put it on the web site.
